Do I have to have a Prescription?

 

YES - For all applicable items that require a Rx by the FDA we are required to see proof of a valid prescription before we can sell those specific items to you. (Examples: CPAPs, BiPAPs, Oxygen Equipment, Nebulizers)

NO - for all items that are not required by the FDA to have a prescription anyone may purchase these items. (Examples: Hospital Beds, Walkers, Support System Mattresses, Wheel Chairs, Scooters)

 

 

What does DME mean?
 

DME stands for Durable Medical Equipment, it is any equipment that provides therapeutic benefits to a patient in need because of certain medical conditions and/or illnesses.

Durable Medical Equipment (DME) consists of items which:

  • are primarily and customarily used to serve a medical purpose;

  • are not useful to a person in the absence of illness or injury;

  • are ordered or prescribed by a physician;

  • are reusable;

  • can stand repeated use, and

  • are appropriate for use in the home.

    DME includes, but is not limited to, wheelchairs (manual and electric), hospital beds, traction equipment, canes, crutches, walkers, kidney machines, ventilators, oxygen, monitors, pressure mattresses, lifts, nebulizers, bili blankets and bili lights.

Do You Ship Equipment?

Yes! We are happy to ship almost anything purchased through our website, for large items (freight charges will costs extra).

 

Can you ship oxygen tanks?

 

No we can not ship a FULL oxygen tank, it is hazardous. However, we are happy to ship EMPTY tanks that are for refillable systems such as the Invacare Homefill system.

Returns & Refunds

 

For all CPAPS and BiPAPs we offer a 90 day replacement only warranty. We will happily ship you a new machine with a return label for you to send the defective one back to us.

 

​How Do I Place an Order?

 

You are welcome to purchase an item on our "SHOP" page, it will take you through PayPal or Square to purchase the items. If you are having trouble you are welcome to call our shop or email us to place the order.
